What does "Quantum Ready" mean?

A quantum-ready site has the infrastructure to support post-quantum cryptography: TLS 1.3, modern ciphers, and no legacy protocol fallbacks. The final step is enabling PQC key exchange (like X25519MLKEM768).

Why does TLS 1.2 show as a warning?

Even if PQC is enabled, an attacker could force a "downgrade" to TLS 1.2 which doesn't support PQC. For maximum security, disable TLS 1.2 once all your clients support TLS 1.3.

Does this check if PQC is actually enabled?
