The free scanner checks externally visible website signals such as TLS posture, security headers and post-quantum readiness indicators.

A free scan is not a full security audit, penetration test, compliance certification or guarantee that a website or organisation is quantum-safe.

Scanner results depend on the public endpoint, network conditions, provider behaviour and information available at the time of the scan.

You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping access to your account secure.

We may use email verification, OAuth login, usage limits and anti-abuse checks to protect the service.

We may suspend or restrict access if the service is abused, automated at excessive volume, used to attack third parties or used unlawfully.

Free or paid badges, reports and consulting outputs are based on the evidence available during assessment.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, advisory material is provided for technical planning and does not replace your own legal, regulatory or compliance review.

Paid services, deliverables, schedules and commercial terms are governed by the proposal, order, statement of work or written agreement that applies to that engagement.

Only scan domains and systems where you have permission to perform external checks.

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, probe private systems, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer the service or use outputs to mislead customers or regulators.

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading or confidential third-party material without authority.

The website, scanner, reports, text, branding, software and service design belong to Fira Software Ltd or our licensors.

You may use scan results and reports for your internal security planning, procurement discussions and remediation work. You may not resell, copy or repackage the service as a competing product without written permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, scan submissions, account information, cookies and third-party processors.

By using the service, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy applies to your use of the website and account features.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits or security controls may affect availability.

We may update the website, scanner, reports, pricing, features and these terms as the service evolves.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the free scanner and free account features are provided without warranties and our liability for free use is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

For paid services, any liability limits are set out in the applicable written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
